Chatham Library Foundation Welcomes New Trustee, Sean Dailey

Chatham, NJ - The Chatham Library Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of a new member to its Board of Trustees: Sean Dailey.

Sean brings a long‑standing commitment to the Library of the Chathams, having spent 13 years with the Friends of the Library, where he served as President, Vice President, and Co‑Chair of the annual book sale.

His deep understanding of the library’s role in the community and his hands-on leadership experience make him a valuable addition to the Foundation at this important time, as we work to advance our construction project and ensure this invaluable community resource continues to thrive.

Sean has been an active member of the Chatham community since moving to town in December 2003. A dedicated volunteer and community leader, he has spent more than a decade supporting local youth through the Boy Scouts, serving in roles including Assistant Scoutmaster, Popcorn Kernel, Summer Camp Scoutmaster, Eagle Coach, and currently Committee Chair of Troop 8.

He is also deeply involved with St. Patrick’s Church, where he serves as a lector, volunteers with the school, and is a member of the Education Council.

“We are thrilled to welcome this outstanding community leader,” said Andrew J. Hollander, President of the Chatham Library Foundation. “His perspectives and talents will help us continue supporting the programs, services, and capital needs that keep our library strong.”
