CIANJ RESPONDS TO PRESIDENT TRUMP’S SIGNING OF THE SPENDING BILL WHICH INCLUDES FUNDING FOR THE GATEWAY TUNNEL PROJECT

PARAMUS (March 23, 2018) – “CIANJ is pleased that President Trump and Congress have recognized the need for federal funding for the Gateway Tunnel project with the passage and signing of the spending bill today,” said Anthony Russo, president of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey. “This project is critical for improving infrastructure and growing the state’s economy and we would hope that New Jersey, New York and the federal government continue to move forward as partners on the Gateway Tunnel.”
