“Putting this policy in place was a no-brainer and appointing Senator Allen as the compliance officer underscores the level of seriousness with which I am treating this,” said Ciattarelli, 58, a Hillsborough resident. “Unlike the toxic environment that allegedly went on within Governor Murphy’s ’17 campaign, I am committed to running a professional operation – and government – in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.”

Ciattarelli continued: “I am honored that Senator Diane Allen was willing to take on this role and can think of no better person to serve in this essential capacity. Senator Allen’s role will provide our employees with a channel to report any misconduct comfortably, discretely, and without fear of retribution or biased resistance.”

“In addition to implementing this policy, our campaign will also provide regular training sessions to all staff and volunteers to ensure that they understand and are familiar with my expectations. As this campaign moves forward over the next 600 plus days, we will distinguish ourselves from Governor Murphy’s team not only with our ideas, our vision, our plans, but also by our culture and conduct,” concluded Ciattarelli.
