The Freeholder fight unites more than it delights.

New Jersey joins states across the nation to Commemorate Public Service

The New Jersey Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the State of New Jersey will join states across the nation to celebrate Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW) from May 6-10, 2019.

New Jersey’s public employees deliver essential services which the residents of the state rely on daily. State employees regularly go the extra mile to make life better for all New Jerseyans. A career in public service will allow you to help make New Jersey a better place for you and your family to live and work.

The CSC maintains job vacancy and civic service exam announcements for all types of careers in state government. Looking through our job announcements, prospective applicants will see opportunities for a variety of different jobs, such as mosquito exterminators, engineers, medical records clerks, corrections officers, forensic scientists, aquaculture specialists, occupational therapy assistants, librarians, nurses, psychiatrists, and many more. We update our website daily with new announcements, and usually have 30 to 50 new announcements on a weekly basis.

Join the team to make a stronger and fairer New Jersey. Consider a career in public service. For more information or to view civil service opportunities, please visit: https://www.nj.gov/csc/
