Mayor Colleen Mahr has been a valuable friend to the Township of Cranford. Whether it’s offering advice and assistance during devastating flood cleanup, supporting the Mayor’s Council on the Rahway River, or her insight and assistance in meeting our affordable housing obligations–Mayor Mahr is always there for Cranford.

Colleen’s fairness and integrity is beyond reproach. Those of us who’ve worked with her in Union County or with the New Jersey League of Municipalities, understand that she’s an untiring and dedicated public servant who we’ve come to admire and depend on.

I’m proud to join all my democratic colleagues on the Cranford Township Committee in offering our full support for Colleen to be our next UCDC Chair. She’s worked hard over the years to earn it, and we as a Party would be making a big mistake by not recognizing the talents she brings to table.
