Coughlin, Greenwald & Pintor Marin Issue Letter Expressing Concern with Proposed Rate Increase for Public Employee Health Plans

(TRENTON) – On Friday, members of the Assembly Democratic Senior Leadership team sent the attached letter to express their concern about the proposed rate increase for public employee health plans and submitted questions to the two state benefits plan design committees. It has been reported that plans could see increases as much as 20 percent or greater, which the undersigning legislators cited as a major concern.
