CHERRY HILL – NJ CD-1 GOP candidate Josh Duvall released the following statement:
“In a statement this week, Donald Norcross solidified his vote for impeachment by saying:
“I believe there is overwhelming evidence to conclude well beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump is guilty of both articles of impeachment – Article I: Abuse of Power and Article II: Obstruction of Congress. Therefore, I will uphold my oath to protect and defend the Constitution and vote in favor of both articles of impeachment.

“Perhaps if he bothered to read the constitution he would know that impeachment is not a partisan political tool to remove a President you don’t like, but rather a bi-partisan process taken up in response to ‘treason, bribery, and other high crimes and misdemeanors.’” (source: https://constitutionus.com/)
“The case against Trump is so weak, it is likely that multiple Democrats will vote, ‘No’ and not a single Republican will vote, ‘Yes’.”
“If Donald Trump is so unpopular, and so corrupt that you are forced to impeach him, he should be very easy to beat at the ballot box in less than 12 months, right? Instead of further dividing the country with partisan political theater, why not put up a candidate and win back the presidency the old fashion way – by winning an election?”

ABOUT: Duvall received his bachelors in Management, concentrating in Finance and Marketing from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa and his Executive Degree in Financial Planning from the Fischer School of Business at The Ohio State University.
