Environmental Advocates to Launch 2026-2027 ‘Common Agenda’ to Lower Costs and Protect N.J. Through Strong Environmental Policy

On Thursday, February 12th, New Jersey LCV will join with other environmental advocates and environmental champions in the Legislature at the Statehouse to unveil the 2026-2027 Common Agenda.

At a time when Donald Trump is jacking up prices for working families and rolling back key environmental protections, this comprehensive policy roadmap will provide a commonsense blueprint to lower costs for working families and expand opportunities across the state.

The agenda focuses on critical protections for clean water, affordable energy and public lands, serving as a vital state-level defense against unprecedented federal attacks on our democracy, clean energy and public health.
