ESSEX COUNTY FREEHOLDERS LAUNCH NEW AND IMPROVED WEBSITE 

(Newark, NJ) – The Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders proudly announce the launch of their new and improved website. Beginning Wednesday, September 4, 2019, employees and constituents alike will be able to take advantage of a website that is more user friendly, informative and easy to navigate.

Some of the improvements include: a simplified website address (ecfnj.com), improved graphics, all fully integrated, bringing the website to the expectations and standards of the 21^st century. Reflective of the Board, the new website is a welcomed improvement that meets the needs and criteria of web surfers.

With a more comprehensive layout, information is more easily accessible. Therefore, constituents are able to get many of their questions answered with a simple “click” of a pull-down menu giving them access to press releases, public notices, as well as meeting and district information. In addition to the Board’s presence with several social media platforms, they anticipate the new website will also offer a better sense of transparency between the legislators and the public.
