Hamilton Democrats Endorse Jim Keady Prior to Mercer County Convention

HAMILTON, NJ — Last night, Jim Keady was endorsed by the Hamilton Democrats as their choice for candidate in the fourth congressional district. In an open and transparent process, Hamilton provided a key endorsement for Keady only a few short days before the Mercer County Convention.

“I thank the Hamilton democrats for their support in my campaign to bring new leadership to the fourth congressional district,” said Jim Keady. “They know the best way to defeat Chris Smith this fall is by having a bold, progressive vision that is focused on ensuring the middle and working class have access to opportunity.”

It was clear from the evening that rank and file democrats are tired of familiar themes and policies that will only continue along the lines of the last 37 years. Throughout the district, we are seeing people speaking out, attending meetings and trying to make a difference like never before.
