HOBOKEN SCOOTER PILOT REACHES GLOBAL-HIGH IN RIDERSHIP AFTER THREE WEEKS

With 21,500 unique riders taking more than 66,500 trips, more than a third of Hoboken’s population has used a Lime e-scooter

Hoboken, NJ – Lime’s e-scooters continue to roll at record rates in Hoboken. Since Lime—the leading U.S. smart mobility company—rolled out its e-scooter pilot program in Hoboken three weeks ago, more than 21,500 unique riders have taken more than 66,500 rides—the highest ridership per scooter in Lime’s markets around the world over that period. The 21,500 unique riders equates to more than a third of the population of Hoboken, highlighting how rapidly scooters have grown to become a core part of the city’s transportation network. The first week of the pilot was also the highest Lime ridership per scooter in the world.
