Horizon Spokesman Kevin McArdle issued the following statement in response to mis-statements made today by Cooper spokeswoman Wendy Marano concerning an OPRA request filed by Judicial Watch seeking communications that have occurred since June 2016 between Christie, O’Dowd, Christie Chief of Staff Amy Cradic and Cooper Board Chairman George Norcross concerning Horizon:

“Horizon does not discuss matters that are covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements, but Ms. Marano does not have her facts straight”
