Jeff Van Drew Campaign Announces Endorsement From 314 Action

Van Drew is recognized for his effective bipartisanship

Vineland – This week, 314 Action announced its endorsement of Jeff Van Drew for Congress in New Jersey’s 2^nd District. 314 Action is the largest pro-science advocacy organization committed to electing scientists and STEM professionals to public office.

“Jeff is an accomplished legislator known for reaching out to others to get things done,” said Shaughnessy Naughton, President of 314 Action. “His bipartisan work in the legislature protecting open spaces and the Jersey coast is exactly the kind of leadership that’s needed in Washington.”

“I’m very proud to receive 314 Action’s endorsement. As a dentist, I know the importance of a STEM education, and I share 314 Action’s pro-science advocacy,” said Jeff Van Drew. “That advocacy is the reason I’m standing up for South Jersey and doing everything I can to prevent off-shore drilling along our shores.”

Jeff Van Drew is a practicing dentist from Dennis Township, and is the Senator for New Jersey’s 1^st Legislative District. Van Drew is running for congress in New Jersey’s 2^nd Congressional District, which includes all or parts of New Jersey’s eight southernmost counties.
