Jones on FY2020 Budget Passage Out of Assembly Committee

(TRENTON) – Assemblywoman Patricia Egan Jones, a member of the Assembly Budget Committee, issued a statement following the approval of the Legislative Democrats’ proposed fiscal spending plan:

“Fully funding the Senior Freeze program for the first time in a decade with an $18 million dollar increase and providing almost a $175 million dollars in property tax relief are the budget provisions residents will feel right where they needed the most-- in their wallets.

“This year's spending plan proposed by the legislature makes sound fiscal decisions for the people of New Jersey.”
