Lance Statement on Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Leonard Lance (NJ-07) released the following on the retirement of Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy:

“For 30 years Justice Kennedy has served the Nation on the Supreme Court of the United States with great honor.  He has always been fair-minded and thoughtful in the many significant decisions that have come before the High Court.  I urge President Trump to choose a nominee in the mold of Justice Kennedy and the Senate to conduct thorough and expeditious hearings.”
