TOMS RIVER, NJ — The 2026 Young Republican Federation of New Jersey Convention officially concluded, with the Level Up Team elected unanimously to lead the organization into its next chapter.

Marc Vazquez was elected State Chairman of the Young Republican Federation of New Jersey, joined by Nicole Hubka as Vice Chairwoman, Michael Manning as Executive Director, Kasey Dearden as Secretary, Shawn Denning Jr. as Treasurer, Joe Stillwell as National Committeeman, and Madalyn Starkman as National Committeewoman.

The newly elected team represents counties across New Jersey, including Monmouth, Ocean, Atlantic, Middlesex, and Mercer Counties. This representation reflects the team’s commitment to working with every county organization, strengthening existing Young Republican chapters, and helping develop new chapters in counties where young conservatives are ready to get involved but do not yet have an active organization.

“Today begins a new chapter for the Young Republican Federation of New Jersey,” said Chairman Marc Vazquez. “We are grateful for the trust placed in our team, but we understand that this is not about titles. It is about service, impact, and building an organization that gives Young Republicans across New Jersey a real place to belong, grow, and lead.”

Chairman Vazquez’s vision is to build a stronger and more effective statewide federation focused on leadership development, county growth, better communication, digital strategy, policy development, professional networking, mentorship, and real opportunities for young people to build their future. The new administration plans to focus on initiatives that support young women in leadership, engage the next generation of conservative activists, develop emerging leaders, strengthen communication and digital strategies, support young adults in the skilled trades, and create a policy-focused effort to help advance serious, practical conservative solutions for New Jersey.

Following the convention, Vazquez issued a call for unity across the organization and the broader Republican movement.
