Local 152 Endorses Hawthorne Ward 2 Council Candidate Bushnauskas

Thomas J. Bushauskas, the Second Ward Council Candidate has been endorsed by UFCW Local 152.   In the endorsement letter sent to Mr. Bushnauskas, the UFCW 152 states, “Your dedication and actions to support good Union jobs that provide a living wage, healthcare, and benefits will provide economic relief to the working- class citizens of Hawthorne.  Your leadership on this issue and other issues involving the working – class citizens of Hawthorne make you the best choice on Election Day. You will have the UFCW Local 152’s support going forward in working together to bring economic well being to the citizens of Hawthorne.”

Upon receiving the endorsement, Bushnauskas responded with “I am humbled and honored to receive this endorsement.  Many members of my family and I have been involved with different unions throughout our careers.
