Managing Partner, Hoffmann & Baron, LLP Guests On Innovative Business Growth Show

Daniel A. Scola, Jr., Managing Partner, Hoffmann & Baron, LLP, was a recent guest on “The Growth Switch Podcast”.
In a wide-ranging conversation with Host, Alex Gutin, Scola discussed that it’s important to go beyond just “pitching” to win business and explains how creating an “ecosystem of trust” is central to working with sophisticated clients. The conversation also explores the limits of AI in legal work, communication gaps among younger attorneys, and the relationship-driven marketing approach that has helped grow his firm without relying on traditional advertising.

Scola reflected on the importance of human connection in professional relationships, emphasizing that AI cannot replace the accountability that comes from real human interaction. He stated, “AI does not do this for a living… if I make a mistake, I tell you that I've made a mistake and resolve it. You have none of that with AI. You do not have a relationship with AI.”
