Mayor Fulop and Tunnel to Towers Reps Announce Plans to Pay the Mortgage for Home of Jersey City Police Detective Joseph Seals who was Tragically Killed in the Line of Duty this week
What: Mayor Fulop joins representatives from the Tunnel to Towers Foundation to announce plans to pay the mortgage on the home of Detective Joseph Seals, a heroic Jersey City Police Officer senselessly shot and killed in the line of duty on December 10, 2019 during a confrontation with ruthless gunmen in a stolen van. Detective Seals was a 13-year veteran of the department.
Detective Seals leaves behind his wife and five children. The Tunnel to Towers Foundation is calling on the public to help the Seals family by raising the necessary funds to pay off the mortgage on the family’s home.
