Mayor Gusciora Swears In Cabinet Members

 

TRENTON, N.J. – Mayor Reed Gusciora on Tuesday officially swore in the Directors of the Housing and Economic Development, Water & Sewer, and Police departments for the City of Trenton.

 

“I am beyond pleased to have sworn in these three highly qualified directors,” said Gusciora. “I made a commitment to recruit top talent to move our city forward, and they each have had tremendous success in their previous roles. It’s a real win for the Capital City to bring them to Trenton to lead their respective departments.”

 

Housing and Economic Development Director Benjamin Delisle has 15 years of experience as the Director of Development for the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency. He earned his BS in Environmental Science from the University of New Hampshire, Durham and his MPA from Columbia University.

 

Water & Sewer Director Dr. Shing-Fu Hsueh worked at the NJ Department of Environmental Protection from 1976-2002 and was appointed Bureau Chief of the Bureau of Water Quality Standards. Hsueh received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Chemical & Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University. He also served as the Mayor of West Windsor for four terms.

 

Police Director Sheilah Coley served for 25 years in the Newark Police Department where she held every rank, including Director and Chief. She also served as Public Safety Director for East Orange. She received her B.A. in Criminal Justice and her M.A. in Public Administration from Farleigh Dickinson University.
