What:  Mayor Gusciora will be issuing proclamations at two pork roll festivals to declare Pork Roll Day in Trenton. The pork roll festivals celebrate Trenton’s own market product, the pork roll, and will feature more than a dozen pork roll dishes from across New Jersey.
