Migdalia Pagan Milano proposes Recreation facility, Municipal pool at Hoboken City Garage
Migdalia Pagan Milano, a candidate for Hoboken Ward 1 Council, announced today that as Councilwoman she will push for upgrading and beautifying the roof and area surrounding the Municipal Garage in downtown Hoboken.
She said she will work with city officials to incorporate recreation facilities, including a municipal pool and open space on top of Garage D. This quality of life upgrade makes best use of limited space in downtown Hoboken while providing for a long awaited City pool.
Migdalia Pagan Milano said, “This proposal for a municipal pool and recreation facilities on top of a City owned garage makes the best use of our limited City space and resources, and is an option that will well serve our first ward residents. I look forward to exploring this major quality of life upgrade for our City”
Migdalia Pagan-Milano works in the City’s newly resurrected Constituent Affairs department, where she listens to resident complaints, addresses thier concerns and finds them solutions. She recently assisted residents of Marineview with a large-scale unit inspection in the wake of two recent fires.
