Monmouth County Commissioner Candidate Eduardo Castillo promises to scrap the Monmouth ADP
Monmouth County homeowners are tired of living in fear of their mailboxes. Every year, the Assessment Demonstration Program (ADP) turns our homes into volatile stock tickers. While the County calls this "efficiency," I call it Market-Chasing Instability. As your next County Commissioner, I will fight to: End the "Guessing Game": Bring back long-term predictability so you can actually budget for your future. Protect Our Seniors: Stop "valuing" long-term residents out of their homes based on neighbors' sales they never asked for. Restore Fairness: Level the playing field for taxpayers who don’t have the time or money to file an appeal every single year. A house is a home, not a speculative asset for the tax board. It’s time to put taxpayers over bureaucracy.
