Candidate Slate for Monroe Township Mayoral and Council Seats Announced
Monroe Township, Gloucester County NJ, March 3, 2022 – The slate of Greg Wolfe for Mayor along with Patrick O’Reilly, Denise Adams and Don Heverly for Council have formally announced their candidacy.
Greg Wolfe is the current Monroe Township Council President, a retired Monroe Township Police Officer and PastPresident / Founder of the Monroe Braves Football & Cheerleading. Greg is focused on our community and has been a much needed watchdog for the taxpayers of Monroe. As Mayor, Greg will restore true fiscal responsibility and transparency.
Patrick O’Reilly is an Executive in the Technology Industry and a Monroe Township Councilperson. Pat created the Joint Solar Initiative for Monroe which partnered the cost sharing for the ongoing construction between the Monroe MUA, School System, and Town Hall. The current and future projected savings will exceed tens of millions of dollars.
Denise Liszewski Adams is a Human Resource Executive and will bring government to the people along with an imperative skill-set. The residents and businesses will be informed and their voices will be heard. Our community will once again be a place of pridefulness for our taxpayers.
Don Heverly is an Organizer with the International Association of Iron Workers and Member of Local 399. With strong organizational and construction experience, Don will be crucial in navigating the growth of Monroe Township. He is very active in the community and will be an essential voice for the hard-working families of Monroe.
This team has coined the moniker “Focused on Monroe”. A voice for the taxpayer will always be the top priority. Transparency in government is essential to good government.
The “Focus on Monroe” Team will run in the Democratic Primary on June 7, 2022 and if successful, in the General Election in November.
