Lawyers are nominated for the Institute by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process. The Institute commences in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 15, 2022, and includes six sessions that conclude during April 2023.

Elizabeth Candido Petite’s experience includes estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance directives for healthcare.
