New Jersey Fraternal Order of Police Endorses Tom Malinowski

 

The New Jersey State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police has voted to endorse Tom Malinowski for Congress in the state’s 7th Congressional District. The FOP is the world’s largest law enforcement union, with over 328,000 members.

 

“Tom Malinowski shares our values and is committed to improving the working conditions of law enforcement officers and the safety of those we serve through education, legislation, information, community involvement, ” said Bob Fox, President of NJ FOP.

 

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of the New Jersey Fraternal Order of Police,” Malinowski said. “I look forward to working with FOP to be an advocate for the brave men and women that make up our state’s law enforcement officers.”

 

Tom is the former Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. He oversaw the U.S. State Department’s Office of International Labor Affairs during the Obama Administration, serving as the chief advocate for worker protections in our international trade agreements and providing support to trade union activists around the world.
