Tuesday, June 11 at 10:00 am in Trenton, N.J.

TRENTON — The Task Force charged by Governor Phil Murphy with investigating billions of dollars in economic incentives approved by the NJ Economic Development Authority will hold the third day of its public hearing on Tuesday, June 11 at 10:00 a.m. At the hearing, the Task Force will announce initial factual findings and recommendations from its first public report, also to be issued that day.  The recommendations to the Governor concern improvements to any future tax-incentive legislation and enhancements to EDA’s oversight of tax-incentive programs.  At this hearing, members of the public are invited to provide testimony with their comments and perspectives on New Jersey’s tax incentive programs and how these programs affect their communities.
