O’DONNELL TEAM RELEASES PLAN
TO IMPROVE BAYONNE RESIDENTS’ QUALITY OF LIFE
BAYONNE – The O’Donnell Team for Bayonne today released their plan to improve Bayonne residents’ quality of life if elected this May 8th at no additional cost to taxpayers. Today’s release follows the previous release of their plan to address the crippling parking problem in Bayonne.
The O’Donnell Team is Jason O’Donnell for Mayor, Dan Ward for Council At Large, Melissa Enriquez-Rada for Council At Large, Sharma Montgomery for First Ward Council, Kevin Kuhl for Second Ward Council and Matt Klimansky for Third Ward Council. They released the following statement with their plan.
“As public servants, our primary responsibility is to listen to those we hope to serve. For the past several years, during the current administration, there has been one group of people that have been getting a lot of attention – wealthy out of town developers. During this time, the residents who are the foundation and heart of Bayonne have seen their taxes increase and their quality of life decrease disproportionately. Out of town developers aren’t stressed about trash in the streets, little to no parking, potholes all over town or petty crime but the residents are. No amount of new residential buildings will solve these problems, in fact, they will make them worse if we do not address them now.
The city government works for you! It is here to serve your needs and improve your quality of life. The O’Donnell Team recognizes that and we are putting forth this plan, with YOU in mind.”
