Councilman Andre Sayegh’s campaign for Mayor received a boost today. The indefatigable Paterson pol secured the coveted endorsement of the Passaic County Building and Construction Trades Council. The aforementioned labor leaders will mobilize their membership to get out the vote for Sayegh and raise funds for his campaign coffers.

Councilman Sayegh clearly was humbled by the support. 

“Paterson is in need of repair and we’re going to need labor to rebuild our city. I plan to create apprenticeship programs for Patersonians to put them on the path to productive careers.”

City Council candidate, Dr. Lilisa Mimms was also endorsed by the organization.
