Passaic County Invites the Public to the 2025 County Fair Four Days of Family Fun, Live Entertainment, Food, and Fireworks!

Passaic County, NJ – The Passaic County Board of County Commissioners is excited to invite residents and visitors to the 2025 Passaic County Fair, taking place Thursday, August 14 through Sunday, August 18 at Garret Mountain Reservation in Paterson/Woodland Park. The Fair’s Opening Ceremony will take place on Thursday, August 15 at 7:30PM. This four-day celebration offers a wide range of activities for residents and visitors of all ages, including amusement rides, carnival games, arts and crafts, environmental education activities, pony rides, bounce houses, and more.

Family Night will be held on Thursday, August 14, when fairgoers can purchase a $30 wristband for unlimited amusement rides. Fireworks displays, sponsored by United Federated Systems, will light up the sky on Friday, August 15, and Saturday, August 16 at 9:30PM.

Live music will be featured each evening on the County Fair Stage, showcasing local performers such as MPCK, Naughty Humphrey, The Individuals, Grupo Mambo Swing, Javy y Su Swing de Guille, and Mixtape Meltdown. A beer garden and a wide variety of food vendors and food trucks will be available, along with opportunities to shop from local small businesses. These activities are made possible in part through the generous support of this year’s title sponsors: Braen Stone Industries, Provident Bank, and Schumacher Chevrolet.

“This is a wonderful way to celebrate everything that makes Passaic County special,” said Commissioner Director Pat Lepore. “It’s a chance for families, neighbors, and friends to come together and enjoy the summer with good food, great entertainment, and the beautiful backdrop of Garret Mountain. We are especially grateful to our title sponsors – Braen Stone Industries, Provident Bank, and Schumacher Chevrolet - for helping make this event possible.”
