PEM Law LLP Expands Bench with Strategic “Of Counsel” Additions Scott Baldassano and Bryan Buffalino

Scott Baldassano brings comprehensive experience in business law, with a particular focus on corporate transactional and employment matters. His prior in-house roles provide him with a practical understanding of how legal strategy aligns with real-world business decision-making.  Scott is a member of the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys and continues to serve as corporate counsel for SNOW Partners LLC, whose operating companies include Mountain Creek and Big Snow America.  In addition, Scott plays a key role as general counsel for large real estate management, development and solar companies.

Bryan Buffalino brings deep experience in complex commercial and employment litigation, representing businesses, executives, and employers in state and federal courts. His practice includes shareholder and partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage-and-hour matters, discrimination claims, and business torts.  In addition, Bryan has significant experience servicing clients in the franchise industries as well as ski area, water park, amusement park, hospitality, and resort industries, providing strategic counsel in complex commercial and operational disputes.
