Phillipsburg Council President Fulper Joins Mayor Ellis In Calling For Investigation Of Social Media Post

For over two years I led the fight to keep a Megan’s Law registrant from coaching in the Town of Phillipsburg and I did so while others, like Mayor Ellis, turned their heads and allowed it to continue and go unpunished.

To, once again, release a statement insinuating I would involve myself in these types of tactics is reckless and unethical.

Children do not belong in politics. I’ve said this from the first day of my career and will continue to stand by my word.

I will join the Mayor and also request an investigation into these allegations.

Law Enforcement possesses the investigative tools necessary to determine which computer and location had made such a post and I am publicly requesting they utilize these tools to find out.

Whoever did this should be confronted with their conduct and I can only hope this is not someone from the Mayor’s camp attempting to garner sympathy or to deflect attention from his pending criminal trial.
