Our Revolution NJ Endorses Krychiw and Guzman in Union

Jason Krychiw and Misael Guzman have picked up a major endorsement from Our Revolution New Jersey in their bid for two Township Committee seats in Union’s Democratic Primary on June 4th.

Our Revolution NJ, the state branch of the national organization of the same name, identifies candidates from the state who share their progressive, Democratic values. Their goals include revitalizing participation in the democratic process, empowering a new generation of leaders, and educating the public on the most pressing civic and political matters.

Krychiw issued the following statement:

“We are honored to receive the endorsement of Our Revolution NJ. As two Democrats with progressive values, we are glad our efforts in Union to bring about more accountability, transparency, and new leadership that is free of old-school party bosses has been recognized. Our opponents continuously try and claim they are ‘real’ Democrats with ‘real’ values, but there is nothing more undemocratic than a small group of people telling others what our values should be. Actions speak louder than words and while we act on our Democratic values and are accountable to the public, they continue to hide behind outdated views that have no place in our party or our government. This endorsement is proof of that.”

In addition to Krychiw and Guzman seeking seats on the Township Committee, they are running a slate of County Committee district leaders in Union. Their team of United New Union Democrats are in Column D on the ballot in Union in the June 4th primary.
