Florham Park, NJ - Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP is pleased to announce Shane Warmington has joined the Firm as Counsel in its Community Association Practice Group.

Shane concentrates his practice on community association law, with a particular focus on litigation and collections. His addition reflects the Firm’s continued strategic growth and commitment to providing sophisticated legal services to community associations throughout New Jersey.

Shane represents condominium and homeowners’ associations in a broad range of legal matters, including enforcement of governing documents, covenant compliance, dispute resolution, lien enforcement, foreclosure proceedings, and collections. Drawing on his experience as the former head of a Collections Department, he has successfully managed high-volume delinquency matters and developed effective recovery strategies that help associations protect their financial interests.

In addition to his collections practice, Shane regularly counsels’ boards of directors, providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance on operational and governance matters. He is experienced in drafting and negotiating contracts, preparing amendments to governing documents, and assisting associations in navigating complex legal and compliance issues.

He is admitted to the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and District Cout of New Jersey bars.

His decades of experience and client relationships will certainly accelerate the growth of this group at Schenck Price. Shane earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, he served as a Student Attorney in the Asylum Clinic, representing asylum seekers and providing mentorship and support to at-risk adolescents in juvenile detention. His work reflected a strong commitment to advocacy, public service, and community engagement. Shane holds a B.S., from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
