SENATOR MENENDEZ FILES MORE THAN 10,000 PETITION SIGNATURES FOR REELECTION
Campaign Submits More Than Ten Times Required Number of Signatures
NEWARK, NJ – U.S. Senator Bob Menendez today announced that he has filed 10,352 petition signatures as a candidate for U.S. Senate — more than ten times the required number of signatures.
“The overwhelming response from voters in all 21 counties shows the breadth and depth of support for Senator Menendez,” said campaign chairman Michael Soliman. “Let there be no doubt — New Jersey’s got his back.”
Senator Menendez filed 10,352 petition signatures with the New Jersey Division of Elections on March 29th, 2018. Candidates for U.S. Senate are required to submit 1,000 signatures by April 2nd.
