Sherrill Raises More Than $550K in Q1; More Than $700K COH

Ninety Percent of Support from Small-Dollar Grassroots Contributions 

Parsippany, NJ — Today, Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill announced that in the first quarter of 2019 she raised more than $550,000, heading into the spring with more than $700,000 cash on hand.

The grassroots enthusiasm that produced the largest swing from red to blue in the entire country showed no signs of slowing down in Q1, with more than 90 percent of donations to the Sherrill campaign coming from small-dollar grassroots contributors.

“New Jerseyans know that 2018 marked the beginning of our effort to bring our values to Washington and make sure Congress works to improve the quality of life in North Jersey,” said Congresswoman Sherrill. “I am incredibly grateful for the continued support of our grassroots community, and their belief in putting partisan politics aside to get things done for New Jersey residents.”
