Taxation can help file ANC-1 and PAS-1 applications. ANC-1 is the application for ANCHOR, and PAS-1 is the combined application for Senior Freeze, ANCHOR, and Stay NJ.

“At a time when New Jersey is providing historic property tax relief amid rising costs, we must ensure that everyone who is eligible can receive these benefits,” said Senator Singleton. “At these events, Taxation staff will file the applications for everyone who is eligible from first-time homeowners and renters to retirees, assisting them step by step.”

“Property tax relief is putting money back into the pockets of families, seniors, and renters, making a meaningful difference in the lives of New Jersey residents as they navigate rising household costs,” said Assemblywoman Murphy. “These events are about ensuring that eligible residents receive the assistance they need, get their questions answered, and can access benefits they deserve.”

“Our residents should be able to access the benefits they’re entitled to with ease, and that's why we're bringing in experts to help residents complete the PAS-1 application. This one application can provide them with access to up to three forms of property tax relief through Stay NJ, ANCHOR, and Senior Freeze,” said Assemblyman Singh. “Events like this remind me why bringing resources directly to our constituents is so vitally important and I encourage everyone to attend, ask questions, share their concerns, and access those benefits.”

·    Thursday September 10th, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Bordentown Twp Senior Center, 3 Municipal Drive, Bordentown, NJ 08505

·    Thursday September 10th, 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Reva Foster Senior Center, 429 JFK Way, Willingboro, NJ 08046

·    Tuesday October 6th, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Florence Community Center, 69 Main St, Roebling, NJ 08554

·    Tuesday October 13th, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Lyceum Hall Center for the Arts, 432 High Street, Burlington, NJ 08016

All you need to bring is your SSN, Address with block and lot, Photo ID, all 2024- and 2025-income documentation, and total 2024 and 2025 property taxes.
