Sussex County Republican Leaders Announce Support for Bob Hugin
Mountainside, NJ – Today, Bob Hugin for Senate Campaign announces the support of Sussex County’s leading Republican officials.
SCRC Chairman Jerry Scanlan, State Senator Steven Oroho (LD-24), State Assemblyman and NJ Republican State Committeeman Parker Space (LD-24), State Assemblyman Hal Wirths (LD-24), and SCRC Vice Chair and NJ Republican State Committeewoman Jill Space, today, all announced their public support for Bob Hugin and his campaign for U.S. Senate against incumbent Democrat Bob Menendez.
“Bob Hugin is the contrast candidate we need to defeat Bob Menendez this November,” said Chairman Scanlan. “While Bob Hugin was leading a team that saved lives and improved cancer treatments for patients at Celgene, Bob Menendez was taking lavish gifts from political donors and being indicted for corruption. The choice couldn’t be clearer.”
“As the proud father, brother, and uncle of active-duty and former servicemen, I am proud to support Bob Hugin for U.S. Senate,” said Senator Oroho. “As a Marine veteran, Bob truly understands the sacrifices our brave men and women make every day serving our country. I know he will be a strong voice for our military in Congress.”
The Hugin Campaign will be using the official County Party Slogan.
Bob Hugin, former CEO and Executive Chairman of worldwide bio-tech leader Celgene, is seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate to challenge incumbent Democrat Senator Bob Menendez.
