Sussex County Young Republicans unanimously elected new leadership

The Sussex County Young Republicans unanimously elected new leadership today. Natalie Bovair was elected Chairwoman, while Zach Dora was elected Vice Chairman, Tyler Simpson was elected Secretary, and Treasurer Dylan Belding was re-elected.

Bovair, previously who served as Vice Chair, started volunteering for the Republican Party in 2024, and knocked on over 2,000 doors for the GOP ticket last year.

Dora, who serves as President of the Hardyston Republican Club, will also continue his service representing the club as Representative to the YR State Committee and Vice Chair of the YRs.

Simpson, who has served as a Stanhope Councilman since 2024, was instrumental in delivering the politically competitive town to Republican Gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli last November.

Treasurer Dylan Belding, began his involvement with the Passaic YRs, and continued his involvement following his move to Sussex County.

Hopatcong Councilwoman Rachel Rodriguez was elected as the club’s other representative to the YR State Committee.

The new leadership team replaces Chairman Billy Marotta, and Secretary Jack DeGroot who served the club in various rollspl since 2017 and 2023 respectively. Marotta serves as Vice Chairman of the Sussex GOP and DeGroot serves as a Sussex County Commissioner.
