            (TRENTON) – Assembly Speaker Emeritus Sheila Oliver (D-Essex/Passaic) discusses her legislation (A-3828) to enhance protections against fraudulent deed recordings.

            Oliver introduced the bill after a report by The Star-Ledger last year on deed fraud.

            The bill was released Monday by the Assembly Housing and Community Development Committee.
