TRENTON, NJ – Last night, at the end of a grueling battle for the GOP gubernatorial nod, Jack Ciattarelli made sure to thank the one person who mattered most: Donald Trump.

“Jack Ciattarelli won New Jersey’s MAGA primary by saying whatever he had to, from praising Trump’s chaotic, cost-raising tariffs, to lying by saying that ‘President Trump’s not cutting any’ New Jerseyans from Medicaid or Medicare. People in New Jersey want a governor who’ll stand up for them, but Jack Ciattarelli only cares about a constituency of two: himself and Donald Trump,” said New Jersey Democratic State Committee spokesperson Ryan Radulovacki.

By reversing himself and wholeheartedly embracing Trump in order to get through New Jersey’s GOP gubernatorial primary, Ciattarelli has shown there’s no principle he wouldn’t toss out or promise he wouldn’t break to become governor.
