Willingboro Township Announces Adrienne M. King as New Manager of Senior Services
WILLINGBORO, NJ — Willingboro Township is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrienne M. King as the Township's new Manager of Senior Services. King joined the team on Monday, July 6th.
A respected community leader, accomplished professional, and longtime Willingboro resident, King brings a wealth of leadership experience, program development expertise, and a lifelong commitment to serving others. In her new role, she will oversee programs, services, and initiatives that enhance the quality of life for Willingboro's senior residents while expanding opportunities for engagement, wellness, education, and community connection.
"Adrienne's passion for service, proven leadership, and dedication to improving the lives of others make her an exceptional addition to our team," said Dwayne Harris,Township Manager. "Her extensive experience in community engagement and program development aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing outstanding services to Willingboro's senior population. We are excited to welcome her into this important leadership role."
A proud native of Trenton, New Jersey, and a resident of Willingboro for more than 26 years, King earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Bowie State University. She began her career in public service as a legislative aide to Assemblywoman Shirley Turner, where she developed a strong foundation in government, advocacy, and constituent services. She later built a successful career in the insurance industry as a licensed Property and Casualty professional in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, serving as a Litigation Adjuster. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and service-oriented leadership.

King succeeds Reva Foster, whose distinguished career with Willingboro Township spanned more than three decades. Since joining the Township in 1993, Foster served with unwavering dedication and became a trusted advocate for Willingboro's senior community, expanding programs, services, and opportunities that enriched the lives of countless residents.
Willingboro Township welcomes Adrienne M. King and looks forward to the continued legacy, growth and enhancement of programs that enrich the lives of seniors in the community.
