Acting Governor Way Ends State of Emergency Following Winter Storm

TRENTON – Acting Governor Way today lifted the State of Emergency declared through Executive Order No. 409 on December 26, 2025 due to the impacts of a potentially significant winter storm with hazardous weather conditions, including snowfall, freezing rain, and sleet.

With the signing of Executive Order No. 410, the State of Emergency will be terminated effective Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
