Conaway Secures Over 12 Million For Community Projects

Today Congressman Herb Conaway Jr., MD announced that he secured $12,755,000 in community project funding for New Jersey's 3rd Congressional District. This funding responds directly to some of the most pressing needs across his District.

Congressman Conaway secured funding for 14 projects that will directly benefit New Jersey’s 3rd District residents. These include:

1. $2,000,000.00 for Probasco Road Freight Bypass in East Windsor
2. $1,325,000.00 for Hamilton Township for Firehouse HVAC System Upgrades
3. $1,092,000.00 for Township of Freehold for Medford Boulevard Area Water Main Replacements
4. $1,092,000.00 for MUA for Well 1 Water Treatment Plant PFOS/PFOA Treatment System Upgrade in Willingboro
5. $1,092,000.00 for Freehold Borough Water Tower Tanks Refurbishment Project
6. $1,092,000.00 for Township of Burlington for Sludge Dewatering Project – Phase II
7. $1,015,000.00 for of Edgewater Park Stormwater Pump Station
8. $850,000.00 for The Learning Commons: Space for Learning, Meeting and Collaboration Project in Burlington County
9. $850,000.00 for Turn Park Improvements in Township of Hainesport
10. $847,000.00 for Deborah Heart and Lung Center Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab Enhancement: New Hemodynamics Systems
11. $500,000.00 for Lawrence Township Community Center Improvements
12. $500,000.00 for Improvements to the Marlboro Township Free Public Library
13. $250,000.00 for Don Deutsch Soccer Field Improvements in Township of Delran
14. $250,000.00 for Lumberton Municipal Recreation Field Lighting Improvements Project
