Congresswomen Bonnie Watson Coleman and LaMonica McIver Endorse Congressman Rob Menendez for Re-Election

NEW JERSEY - Congresswomen Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12) and LaMonica McIver (NJ-10) today endorsed Congressman Rob Menendez for re-election. Menendez has worked closely with both members and was at the Delaney Hall detention center alongside them last year in a confrontation with ICE and HSI agents that received national attention.

“Rob Menendez has always stepped up to defend his community and fight Trump's extreme agenda,” said Congresswoman Watson Coleman. “I saw that firsthand when we demanded accountability at Delaney Hall. He knows how to get things done while fighting for progressive values. In my time working with Rob in Congress, I've seen him emerge as an outspoken leader and a strong representative for his constituents. New Jersey needs him in Congress.”

In Congress, Menendez has partnered with Watson Coleman and McIver on many efforts to prevent the Trump Administration from harming New Jersey residents, Menendez has co-led legislation, demands for accountability, and other key efforts with Watson Coleman and McIver.
