Does Tom Kean Jr. Support Gateway Development Commission Lawsuit to Restore Federal Funding?
The Gateway Development Commission sued the federal government on Monday for “cutting off the project’s funding and leaving it without enough money to keep building beyond this week.”
New Jersey Congressman Tom Kean Jr. has not commented, and has refused to call on Trump to release federal funding for the Gateway project.
Kean Jr. is a duly elected member of Congress – a coequal branch of government that controls the power of the purse. He and his office should be asked the following, simple question:
Yes or no, does Kean Jr. support the Gateway Development Commission’s lawsuit against the Trump Administration for withholding federal funding from the Gateway project?
His constituents deserve an answer.

“The agency overseeing construction of the Gateway project is literally suing Donald Trump, but New Jersey Congressman Tom Kean Jr. doesn’t even have the guts to call out his boss by name. Kean Jr. is nothing like his father – he’s a weak and feckless career politician who puts New Jersey last.”
