Hudson Central Labor Council Endorses Nadrowski for Bayonne Mayor

Mayoral candidate Sharon Ashe-Nadrowski today won a labor endorsement, with the Hudson County Central Labor Council backing her campaign to bring change and accountability to Bayonne. The Hudson County Central Labor Council is a state and local council of the National AFL-CIO representing over 12,000 members across 48 affiliate unions within twelve municipalities throughout Hudson County. The endorsement adds additional momentum to the Nadrowski campaign with the Municipal Election now less than a month away.
“I’m honored to earn the support of the hardworking men and women represented by the Hudson County Central Labor Council, which has always been a force for progress and opportunity for middle class families,” said Nadrowski. “As Mayor I will ensure that local union members benefit from new development in our city, which will then help support our small businesses and our city’s economy. The era of city leaders giving developers handouts without any accountability is coming to an end, because we will make sure that Bayonne residents get the jobs, tax revenue and economic support we deserve.”
Nadrowski is running with a full slate of City Council candidates on a platform of putting residents first, making Bayonne more affordable, modernizing government, ensuring ethical leadership and prioritizing quality of life issues.
“The Hudson County Central Labor Council is 100% behind Sharon Nadrowski’s campaign for Bayonne Mayor because we know that she will always put working people first,” said Hudson CLC President Cristino Vilorio. “We’re proud to endorse Sharon and our members will be working hard to get out the vote over the coming weeks.”
