Inroads to Opportunities, is pleased to congratulate Jason Wild on joining the agency as Chief Compliance Officer and Nurse Administrator.
Inroads to Opportunities is a Union County, NJ, based non-profit, social services agency that provides programs and services to individuals with disabilities ranging in age from 14 to retirement. As one of the largest skills training programs for individuals with disabilities in New Jersey, Inroads offers vocational preparation, transition from school to work, job placement and coaching, certificate training programs, day habilitation, and mental health services.
In his role as Chief Compliance Officer and Nurse Administrator, Jason will provide executive leadership for Inroads to Opportunities' nursing, health services, and regulatory compliance functions. He will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures that safeguard the well-being of both program participants and staff, while providing clinical oversight and intervention when necessary.
Jason will lead the agency's nursing department, ensuring that program participants have timely access to quality medical care and appropriate healthcare resources before, during, and after program services. In addition, he will direct Inroads' compliance efforts, ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds the standards established by all regulatory, licensing, and accrediting agencies through rigorous oversight of policies, procedures, staff training, documentation, and credentialing.

ABOUT JASON WILD:
Jason Wild is a registered nurse and healthcare professional with experience spanning emergency medical services, oncology nursing, and healthcare operations. He began his healthcare career as a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), providing emergency medical services to individuals throughout Union, Essex, Morris, and Middlesex counties in New Jersey.
Driven by a commitment to patient care and clinical excellence, Wild attended the RWJBarnabas Health School of Nursing, where he graduated as valedictorian. He earned an Associate of Science in Nursing from Union College and later received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kean University.
Previously, Wild has served as an inpatient oncology nurse at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he has spent several years supporting Inroads to Opportunities as a per diem nurse and management consultant, helping advance the organization’s mission while contributing expertise in healthcare operations, leadership, and program support. Through his work in both clinical and nonprofit settings, Wild remains dedicated to improving outcomes, fostering inclusive care, and enhancing the quality of life for the individuals and communities he serves.

Inroads is an approved Medicaid provider and an approved Employment Network under the Ticket to Work Social Security initiative and an approved Benefits Planning and Counseling Service through the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
