MONTCLAIR, NJ — Today, Essex County Commissioner Brendan Gill, candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District, announced the endorsement of Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty at the Morris County Get Out the Vote Rally. Mayor Dougherty has consistently served five-terms as the Mayor of Morristown.
