PATERSON - Ward 2 Councilman Shahin Khalique said if you reflect back on the time in Silk City eight years ago, "Even in the 2nd Ward every corner was bordered up."

"Now you can't find any boarded-up house or storefront," said the Councilman, appearing at a rally for Mayor Andre Sayegh.
